About me
Being a mum to a neurodivergent child has taught me more about emotions, communication and patience than any qualification ever could. My experience comes from real life—meltdowns, breakthroughs, late-night worries and the everyday challenges only a parent truly understands. Raising my children has given me a deep, lived understanding of emotional regulation, sensory needs and the importance of feeling seen.
