I offer worldwide shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location. I want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible so please take the time to read the following. 

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are made to order just for you, so please allow up to 1 week to create your product before shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

I am a UK based author and designer and I ship all over the world from several different locations in order to offer you the best service and shipping rates. 

For international orders (outwith UK), your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

While I do our best to ensure timely delivery, I are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or customs. If you experience an issue, please reach out to me at support@dianemaclaine.com and I’ll do my best to assist.
